Beverly M. McDonald

Beverly M. (Kellogg) McDonald, age 87, entered into eternal peace on Sunday, December 27, 2020.

Beverly was born to the late Milton and Kathleen Kellogg in Waterloo, NY on June 22, 1933. She graduated from Romulus Central School. In 1950, she was married to Joe McDonald and they thoroughly enjoyed 67 years of marriage together until his death in 2018.

Beverly was a very proud mother of 4 children.  She had a very long career at Willard State Hospital, serving in many roles.  Beverly’s last role was in the Occupational Therapy Department. She was very loving and compassionate to all the residents while employed at Willard, and Bev was heavily involved in the CSEA Union activities, at one time serving as the local president.  After retirement, Bev and Joe enjoyed traveling in their motorhome until finally settling in Florida for 20 great years. They returned to settle in the Geneva area for the last 12 years.

Beverly is survived by her four children, Randy (Gail) of Bastrop, TX, Scott (Patty) of Geneva, Babette (Ed Spaeth) of Stony Brook, NY, Dana Bullivant of Seneca Castle; grandchildren, Joshua (Erika) Sean (Nateshia) Kevin (Jessica), Craig (Maggie), Macy, Kelly (Amadou) and Christopher; 10 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; sister Jean Poormon and sister in law, Peggy Oltz.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe and sister, Dottie Bullivant.

There will be no calling hours, a private family graveside service will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery in the future.
