Phyllis R. Hoaglan

Phyllis R. Hoaglan, age 82, peacefully passed away at Geneva General Hospital surrounded by family on October 20, 2022.

Phyllis was born in Romulus on June 23, 1940, a daughter of the late Don G. and Beatrice (nee Chase) McIntosh. She worked for a number of years at Willard as a Stenographer before moving on to Cornell, the Tompkins County Hospital and lastly retiring from Seneca County Highway Department in Romulus. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, dancing, cookouts and crossword puzzles.

She is survived by her Children, Billy (Judith) Myers, Matthew Whitney, Patricia McIntosh and Teresa Allhiem; her sister, Joan (John) Wilson; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her two sisters, Peggy Lypka and Diane Herndon.
