Edward L. Mitchell

Edward L. Mitchell, age 60, passed away unexpectedly on May 24, 2023.

Born November 13, 1960 in Buffalo, he was the only child of Gordon E. and Ruth M. (nee Collins) Mitchell, and was a 1980 graduate of Romulus High School.  He then attended Alfred State University and proudly served his country in the US Navy from 1983-1987. He has worked in various retail stores throughout the area since his return to the area.

He is survived by a handful of close friends from high school, friends of the community and his brother, Tom Mitchell of Penn Yan.

At his request, his ashes will be buried at sea by the US Navy from Norfolk, VA.
