Allen G. Aho Sr., age 86, entered into the presence of the Lord, on Monday, September 1, 2025.

Allen was born in Waverly, NY on December 28, 1938, a son of the late Leo and Nellie (nee Grey) Aho. In 1957, at the age of 18, he enlisted in the US Air Force, where he proudly served for 5 years, and during his military career, Allen married Nancy Mullen. They made their home in Lodi and started their family life. Allen enjoyed a long career at Seneca Army Depot, retiring as a forklift operator. In his retirement he enjoyed travel, golf and fishing, and collecting American eagle memorabilia. A faithful servant of Christ, Allen lived a life rooted in grace, compassion and unwavering belief.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Nancy; their children, Christopher of Virginia, Patricia of Indiana, Kevin (Robin), Annja, Mathew (Terri), Jolinda (Marty) Thomas and Allen Jr. all of New York; many grand and great grandchildren; a sister, Shirley (Joseph) Snedden of Georgia and a special nephew, Gary (Riki) Mullen of NY, many grandchildren and their families along with a large extended family.

Allen was a devoted grandfather who never missed an opportunity to share his wisdom, laughter and love with his grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30pm on Friday, September 12, 2025 at Seneca Community Church in Romulus, officiated by Pastor Dave Spencer. Burial with military honors will be held privately at NYS Veterans Cemetery-Finger Lakes in Romulus.
