Barbara was born in Manchester, CT on April 1, 1945, a daughter of the late Edgar and Astrid (Benson) Smith. She was a registered nurse for many years.
Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Philip Hornyak in April 2020.
A grave side service will be held privately for friends and family at Ovid Union Cemetery.
