Carl W. Foreman

Carl W. Foreman, age 91, of Interlaken passed away at home surrounded by his family on Friday, January 2, 2026. 

Carl was born on February 10, 1934 in Grand Valley, Pennsylvania, a son of the late Ernest and Erma (Prather) Wagner. He honorably served in the United States Air Force from 1955 to 1959. After marrying his wife, Marie, on June 6, 1959, the couple moved to Interlaken making their home together and raising their 5 children there. For 25 years, Carl worked as a custodian at the South Seneca School District. He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching a variety of sports. 

Carl is survived by his wife of 66 years, Marie Foreman; children, Ernie Foreman, James (Gloria) Foreman, and Christina Foreman; seven grandchildren; Amari, Cashmere, Liam, Tyree, Tyrian, Joshua, and Joseph; three step grandchildren, Tara, Missy, and Walter; one great grandchild, Aiden; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents; his adoptive parents and uncle and aunt, George and Jane Foreman; two sons, Greg and Carl Jr.; brothers, Leon and Elmer; sisters, Grace and Betty; and a step brother, Ronald. 

A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
