Tammy Magill

Tamara Magill, age 77, longtime resident of Romulus and most recently of Newark, passed away on November 26, 2025.

Tammy was born in Rochester on December 30, 1947. Tammy lived a happy life a person with developmental disabilities, and when she was no longer able to live with family, she became a resident of the Romulus House of Finger Lakes DDSO. She thrived there where she loved watching movies, caring for her dolls and most of all, telling her stories, many of which were childhood memories along with some make-believe spins. She loved visits from her family and being able to visit the ducks.

She is survived by her sisters; Rebecca (John) Smith of Newark, Jackie Magill, Diane (Joe) Perry, Brenda (Milt) Race and many nieces, nephews, cousins and their families. She was preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Gerald and Jeannine Evans Mottler.

A private graveside service will be held at Sodus Rural Cemetery.
