AnnMarie C. (Stout) Doyle

AnnMarie C. Doyle, age 93, longtime resident of East Seneca Street, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022, in the Boston area where she had been residing for the past year.

Born in Ithaca on April 5, 1929, a daughter of the late Bernard and Gertrude (nee Sinski) Stout. She was a graduate of Interlaken High School and had moved to Trumansburg after her marriage to John T. “Jack” Doyle.  They moved to Weymouth, MA in 1959, where she remained until 1991. In addition to raising her family there, she worked as a salesclerk/manager at Jordan Marsh and Macy’s Department Stores, and then owned the Beale Street Fish Market in Wollaston.  Upon returning to Lodi, she became an active member of the Lodi Historical Society and the 20th Century Club, was also a faithful communicant of St. Francis Solanus Church in Interlaken.

She is survived by her children; Cynthia Cunningham of Whitman, MA, Teresa Doyle Smith of Plympton, MA,  J. Patrick Doyle of Weymouth, MA,  Daniel T. Doyle of Weymouth, MA,  Joshua Doyle of Seattle, WA, her sister, Sandra Huhn of Interlaken and 7 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

AnnMarie was preceded in death by her husband John in 1970, her sister Dora Hynes and brother Bernard Stout.

The family will receive friends from 10:00am to 11:00am at Friday, July 8, 2022 at St. Francis Solanus Catholic Church on Orchard Street in Interlaken. A Mass will then be celebrated by Fr. Bernard Maloney, OFMCap. Prayers of committal will be held at Lake View Cemetery in Interlaken.
