Mae Ida Gleason of Romulus passed away at home on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at the age of 88.
In keeping with Mae’s wishes there will be no services.
Mae was born in Seneca Falls on March 12, 1926, the only child of the late Wesley and Loretta (Smith) Upham. Mae is survived by her husband of 70 years, Harry Gleason; two daughters, Elaine (Henry) Palach and Sharon (Charles Perkins) Betzler-Braund; three grandchildren, Mark (Mellissa) Taylor, Zachary Taylor, and Matthew Betzler( fiancé, Michelle Miller); and two great grandchildren, Madeline and Alivea Taylor.
Mae’s family is deeply grateful for the long time compassionate care provided by her home health care team.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of a donation in memory of Mae to the Beverly Animal Shelter, 50 East River Road, Waterloo, NY 13165.
